By subscribing to our services or using our technical tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, strictly do not use our services.

2. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content you process using our "M3U Splitter" tool. By using the tool, you certify that:

• You own the rights to the M3U links or content you are processing.
• You have explicit permission from the content provider to modify or split the playlist.
• You will not use our services for any illegal purpose or to infringe on intellectual property rights.

3. Intellectual Property

The "M3U Splitter" tool and the SmarterTV website are proprietary utilities developed by an independent developer. All rights, title, and interest in and to the tool (excluding user-provided content) remain with SmarterTV. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the tool.

4. Limitation of Liability

SmarterTV provides technical tools and support services "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Any third-party content accessed or processed through our tools.
• Interruptions or failures of third-party IPTV services.
• Data loss or corruption resulting from the misuse of our tools.

In no event shall SmarterTV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These specific terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to independent digital service providers.
